The Dragons are coming to Wolverhampton!

Having been founded in the Wolverhampton over 60 years ago we couldn’t pass up the opportunity to sponsor a sculpture on the Trail of the Dragons 2027 in celebration of Compton Care’s 45th Anniversary.

The spectacular trail will feature 30 uniquely designed dragon sculptures, brought to life by talented regional and national artists. Over nine weeks, the dragons will take pride of place at locations across the city, creating an exciting outdoor art trail and encouraging residents, families and visitors to explore Wolverhampton.

Running from 5 July to 5 September 2027, this free, family-friendly event is expected to attract thousands of visitors. The trail will culminate in a high-profile auction of the sculptures, raising funds for Compton Care’s specialist palliative care and bereavement support services.

As a business with deep roots in Wolverhampton, we are proud to play a part in an event that celebrates the city, brings communities together and supports such an important local charity.
