Project Overview
In addition 430m of new shared cycleway and footway was built alongside the road and 40m of new access road was constructed into the development.
Stave-Con self-delivered the new drainage, road and footway/cycleway which were constructed ‘offline’ to maintain peak morning and evening rush hour traffic flows on the Halesfield 1 carriageway, as this is the primary route on and off the adjacent industrial estate.
These improvements formed part of a larger works package awarded to us that included the onsite infrastructure and groundworks.
