Project Overview
This project was for residential infrastructure and groundworks for a new 100 unit social housing scheme including access road, footways and shared parking.
This work was self-delivered by our locally based, in-house resources including adoptable Section 104 foul and surface water drainage with pipes up to 600mm diameter and 121m3 of below ground attenuation.
We constructed a new highway bellmouth under a Section 278 agreement and groundworks for 60 apartments, 20 maisonettes and 20 2,3 and 4 bed houses.
The infill site was logistically challenging as restricted space reduced the area available for material storage meaning greater use of just-in-time planned deliveries.
