Project Overview
Off-site work included construction of a new road junction on a Section 278 agreement to access the development and, due to Warwickshire County Council’s road space requirements, it was essential that we completed these works on programme.
On-site we built over 2700m of Section 38 spine, estate roads and footways for adoption including a 925m spine road which was used as shared access with other contractors developing adjacent land parcels.
Foul and surface water drainage was under a Section 104 agreement and involved pipes up to 600mm diameter and 5m depths with SUDS attenuation ponds.
The plot groundworks were for 280 new detached, semi-detached and terraced houses and three apartment blocks.
